I was given the Land Rover in January 09 by a friend. I had wanted one for years and actually nearly bought this one about 4 years ago. Much better for nothing though! After a few teething problems with the electrics I took it off road at a local pay n play site, WHAT A TOY!
I don't ever remember driving such an uncomfortable and difficult to drive vehicle that can bring such a large grin to my face.
I am currently looking at servicing and tidying up but in time I will strip down and rebuild (probably alter some stuff too) but for now the Landy gets me to work every day with a huge smile.
I know it started life with the MOD until 1991 and has had a few owners since then. If any of you are out there give me a shout, I'd like to hear from you.
